I'm a subscriber on your old site. Will my subscription be moved to this new site?
Yes, by the end of 2018. Meanwhile, the ‘classic’ site will remain accessible with all of your content.

Who do I contact if I have trouble?

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?
Our standard, annual subscriptions automatically renew. If you don’t wish for this to happen, go into the subscription page of your account and click “cancel” on your current subscription. This will allow you to enjoy the rest of your current subscription term but will not automatically renew and charge you.

Will I receive a notice when my subscription is going to renew?
Yes. We will send you a reminder about your upcoming subscription renewal seven days prior.

What are the requirements for a site password?
A successful password must have the following attributes:
* At least 10 characters
* Include at least 3 of the following characters:
– A lower-case letter
– An upper-case letter
– A number
– A special character (such as !@#$%^&*)
* No more than 2 identical characters in a row. For example “111” would not be allowed. -
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, very safe. We never touch your credit card information and work with a processor that provides security practices exceeding industry standards. Every page of our site is secured by SSL encryption.
